How to Request a Furniture Quotation from PANYU
A useful furniture quotation describes the same selection you intend to buy. A photograph and a question about price can start a conversation, but model codes, quantities and a destination make the next discussion much clearer. You do not need to know every technical detail before contacting PANYU.
NEST, RIVE and MOXU can be ordered from 1 piece, as individual items, complete sets or mixed selections. Prices and lead times are confirmed for your request. Use the website enquiry list or WhatsApp to share the essentials, then resolve the open specifications together.
Send a short, specific product brief
Identify the products by their displayed model codes or page links rather than only by a colour or a collection name. If you are comparing options, label each alternative clearly so it is not mistaken for an extra item in the order.
- Selection: model code or product link, and the quantity of each item.
- Destination: country and city or port; say whether your destination is still undecided.
- Customization: requested size, colour, upholstery or another change, with references if helpful.
- Timing: your target arrival date and whether it is essential or flexible.
- Contact: the details needed to continue the quotation discussion.
Use the enquiry list or a direct conversation
On a product page, choose Add to enquiry. Open the Enquiry list to review the models, adjust quantities and add product notes. Complete the contact and destination fields, explain the request in the project notes, and attach a drawing or reference file if needed before submitting.
After a successful submission, keep the reference number. You can use it when continuing on WhatsApp, so the conversation relates to the saved request. If you prefer to start directly on WhatsApp, send the same model-and-quantity list with the destination and any customization requirements.
Ask what the quoted amount includes
A product amount alone is not enough to compare complete purchase costs. Ask which currency is used, whether the price is per piece or for the listed selection, and what is included. Do not assume that freight, destination handling, taxes, local delivery or installation are included unless the quotation says so.
If shipping is being discussed, specify the destination and ask what information is still needed to estimate the cost. Packaging, package count, packed dimensions and weight may need confirmation. Keep the product amount and the transport-related charges distinguishable when reviewing alternatives.
Separate production time from arrival time
Production time concerns making the agreed furniture; transport time concerns moving it to the agreed destination. Your target delivery date is a requirement you provide, not a confirmed schedule. Ask what starts the quoted production period and whether specification approval or other agreed steps must happen first.
Ask separately about readiness for shipment, the transport estimate and any destination arrangements that remain open. If a date is important for a move, opening or project handover, highlight it early. PANYU must confirm the feasible schedule for your selected products and request.
Review the quotation before treating it as final
Check that every model, quantity and requested change matches your shortlist. Materials, finishes and final production dimensions should be confirmed with the quotation; design dimensions on the website are only planning references. Ask about any specification or charge that is missing or unclear.
When revising the selection, state what changed and request an updated quotation. Keeping one current product list helps avoid comparing an earlier price or schedule with a different order. For products outside these three collections, ask about their purchasing conditions separately.
